Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan resiliensi anak dalam lingkungan sosial yang beragam melalui pendekatan kajian teoretis. Resiliensi dipahami sebagai proses dinamis yang terbentuk melalui interaksi antara faktor individu dan sistem sosial di sekitarnya. Lingkungan sosial yang beragam—meliputi perbedaan budaya, kondisi sosial ekonomi, struktur keluarga, serta dinamika digital—menghadirkan risiko sekaligus peluang bagi perkembangan anak. Kajian ini mengintegrasikan perspektif teori sistem ekologis, pendekatan perkembangan resiliensi, dan kerangka sosiokultural untuk menjelaskan peran keluarga, sekolah, dan komunitas sebagai faktor protektif utama. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa relasi hangat dengan orang dewasa signifikan, dukungan teman sebaya, lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif, serta literasi digital menjadi komponen penting dalam memperkuat kapasitas adaptif anak. Sinergi antar sistem sosial membentuk ekosistem resiliensi yang memungkinkan anak menghadapi tantangan secara konstruktif. Penguatan resiliensi sejak dini menjadi strategi penting dalam mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis dan kemampuan adaptasi anak di tengah dinamika sosial yang terus berkembang.
