Peran Guru dalam Pengembangan Kemampuan Berbahasa Anak Usia Dini melalui Peran Guru di Raudhatul Athfal Ubay bin Ka’ab

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa anak usia dini di RA Ubay bin Ka’ab Duri, Riau. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru dan kepala sekolah sebagai informan utama. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menerapkan triangulasi sumber dan teknik untuk menjaga keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran strategis sebagai fasilitator, model penggunaan bahasa, dan motivator dalam pengembangan bahasa anak. Pengembangan bahasa dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi melalui kegiatan bermain, pembelajaran tematik, serta pembiasaan sehari-hari yang disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan anak pada kelompok TK A dan TK B. Lingkungan belajar yang komunikatif dan suportif mendorong anak untuk berani berkomunikasi, memperkaya kosakata, serta menyusun kalimat sederhana. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas interaksi guru dan anak berkontribusi signifikan terhadap optimalisasi perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pendidik PAUD dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa yang holistik dan berpusat pada anak.
