Pemanfaatan Teknologi Digital sebagai Upaya Pengembangan Profesionalisme Guru Matematika di Abad ke-21

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara pembelajaran matematika dan menuntut para guru untuk memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21. Penggunaan teknologi digital tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat pembelajaran, tetapi juga dapat mendukung pengembangan profesionalisme guru matematika melalui peningkatan kompetensi digital, pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran, kolaborasi, dan pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru matematika serta mengidentifikasi manfaat dan tantangan dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang meliputi tahapan identifikasi masalah, penelusuran literatur, penyaringan dan seleksi artikel berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, ekstraksi data, serta sintesis temuan secara tematik. Literatur yang diteliti berfokus pada teknologi digital, kompetensi guru matematika, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), dan pengembangan profesional guru. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital dapat mendukung peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru melalui pengembangan sumber belajar digital, penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif, kegiatan pengembangan profesional, serta kolaborasi dan refleksi. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi ini masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan kompetensi, fasilitas, dukungan institusi, dan kualitas pengembangan profesional. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan teknologi harus dilakukan secara terencana dan terintegrasi dengan pedagogi serta konten matematika.
